Frequently Asked Questions 

These are a few standard things that people ask when trying to book an event, but if your question is not on there, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will answer them promptly! 

  1. What services do you offer?
    We offer three main service options: bartender-only service, mobile bar setup, and our full-service bartending trailer. You can choose the one that best fits your event and venue. We cater to corporate events, weddings, graduations, back yard parties, fundraisers, birthday parties and more! If you have an idea for a party, we are here to help. 

  2. Do you provide the alcohol?
    Due to state laws, we DO NOT sell or provide alcohol directly. However, we help you create a shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu, and we can assist with pickup coordination or recommend local vendors. This way you can decide what alcohol you want on site and how much, while we curate and serve!

  3. Do you use standard bar ingredients?
    No, we try to use the most healthy, ingredient conscience items. We curate a lot of them in house to avoid the use of Dyes and Preservatives. We want to have the cleanest drinks out there! 

  4. Do you only serve alcohol?
    No! Mocktails and alcohol free drinks are a huge part of our business. We believe that everyone deserves a "seat at the bar", so whether you drink alcohol or not, we still can curate a drink for you! This allows us to cater to a wider array of events as well. 

  5. What is included in the full trailer rental?
    The full trailer experience includes the mobile bar trailer, professional bartenders, bar tools, décor, and menu consultation. Optional add-ons may include lounge furniture, lighting, or yard games. 

  6. How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings or peak-season events. However, we can occasionally accommodate last-minute requests, so don’t hesitate to ask!

  7. How far will you travel?
    We’re based in in Southern MN but travel all around for events! For events farther away, travel fees may apply — contact us to get a custom quote. We would love to come to you and give your event an unforgettable experience. 

  8. Do you provide glassware, ice, or mixers?
    Yes! We can supply cups, ice, garnishes, and mixers depending on your package. These details are covered during your consultation to match your needs.

  9. What is your pricing structure?
    Pricing depends on the type of service, number of guests, event duration, and location. We offer flexible packages and can provide a custom quote after a quick consultation.

  10. Do you require a deposit to book?
    Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due the day of your event.
