Mike Polis

Mike is one half of the MM Mixology duo, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry and a true passion for crafting unforgettable drinks. His journey has taken him through a wide range of roles, but it was behind the bar—mixing, curating, and connecting—that he truly found his spark. Now, alongside Seth, Mike is excited to share that passion through Mustache Mixology, offering a fresh, elevated bar experience for every kind of event.

Seth Taylor

Seth makes up the other half of the MM Mixology duo. With a background as both a bartender and restaurant manager, he brings not only industry expertise but a deep knowledge of clean ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations. At MM, we care about what goes into every glass—and Seth’s talent lies in crafting cocktails, mocktails, and even coffee-based drinks that are light, clean, and easy to enjoy.
